Start your mornings with movement, music, and major good vibes! Join us every Thursday at 7:00 AM for Zumba in the Park — a fun, energizing outdoor workout led by the always-inspiring Erica.
These free, all-ages classes are a great way to stay active, boost your mood, and enjoy Kingston’s beautiful waterfront. No dance experience needed — just show up, move your body, and have fun!

🧺 What to Bring:
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Comfortable clothing for movement
✔️ A friend or two (optional, but way more fun!)
🕖 Note that park washrooms do not open until 9 a.m.
🌧 Cancelled in case of inclement weather

Classes are drop-in and FREE. Pre-register by clicking tickets (look for ZUMBA in the park)
