Yoga Nidra: Nervous System Reset

Join Janet Song (Lumi Yoga) and Brittany O'Sullivan (Balance with Brittany) for a restorative evening at The Yoga Loft.

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", is a mindfulness practice that induces a state of deep relaxation. The facilitator will guide you through a body scan, breathing exercises and visualization techniques.

All you have to do is show up, get cozy, and allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep rest.

Yoga Nidra can help relieve stress, improve sleep and promote nervous system regulation.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. All other props are provided (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows).

Optional items to bring for extra comfort:
- A small pillow for your head
- A lounge chair cushion or a thin foam mattress
- Extra blankets and clothing layers
