Printmaking for Liberation

Cosmic Dog House Press & Collaborators will be holding 4 workshops focused on linocut & risograph printing techniques, as well as a container for folks to gather and process local impacts of larger geopolitical changes through artmaking in community. 

This is a recurring workshop, not a series of different classes, so each gathering will be similar in its contents. Technical and material support will be provided and participants can work in conversation with each other and/or independently as desired. It is not required to attend all the dates, you choose how many to attend! If you sign up for one workshop and want to attend another, please wait until the week prior to each workshop before registering so as to leave room for new folks to attend.

Each participant will be given a small print kit including lino cut tools so you can print from home and an edition of prints made in class. Children are welcome to attend with a guardian and can apply as one participant, please just note if a child will be joining you.

Registration is limited to 10 people per workshop day, and is held on the last Friday's in March, April, May and June from 5:30 - 8pm
