Masterclass: Maha Shakti (the Great Energy) with Justine Hoang (Anjali Om)

Maha Shakti (the Great Energy) Practice:

This Maha Shakti class, modelled on the teachings of Dharma Yoga, delivers a beautiful, highly introspective experience that offers challenges on multiple levels! It starts off with a heat-building vinyasa sequence of yoga postures linked together in a seamless and exceedingly graceful fashion to help build a collective consciousness among the group. This is followed by a series of postures that are held longer with an aim to allow the practitioners to go inward and find stillness in body and mind. Pranayama techniques and visualization exercises help calm the mind and foster the imagination. Spiritual teachings are interspersed throughout the practice to help keep the focus inward. We will conclude with a guided savasana to offer a final chance to experience meditation through another method.
