Join Hang for a dynamic 2-hour workshop that goes beyond stretching. You’ll learn how fascia — the body’s connective tissue web — affects both movement and mind. Think nagging headaches, neck and shoulder tension, or that feeling of being stuck in your own skin.
You’ll discover gentle, effective techniques to release fascia daily, helping you build strength, flexibility, freedom, and ease. Hang will also show you how these release points connect to acupressure and emotional balance through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
What’s Fascia, Anyway?
Fascia is the body’s hidden network — a stretchy web that wraps around your muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Stress, injuries, poor posture, and even everyday tension can cause it to tighten, leaving you stiff, fatigued, and foggy. Keeping fascia healthy keeps your whole system flowing and vibrant.
How Does Acupressure Fit In?
We’ll use a release ball (instead of just fingers) on key acupressure points to ease tension, balance energy (Qi), and boost vitality — blending modern movement science with ancient wisdom.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- A long sock 2-3 inches above ankle bone (it’ll make sense, promise)
- Notebook + pen (you’ll want these gems!)
- Water bottle
Come curious and leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected. If you’ve joined this workshop before, come back for a refresher — and to learn new insights and techniques Hang has discovered/researched along the way. A fascia release ball is also included in your fee.

About the Facilitator, Hang Nhan:
Hang Nhan co-founded saigon om in 2013 alongside her life and teaching partner, Sarah. With over 23 years of dedicated practice and teaching, Hang brings a rich tapestry of experience to her role as facilitator - shaped by countless hours of study and personal exploration in yoga, mindfulness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-based practices.
Her training spans a wide range of yoga styles, including restorative, yin, Ashtanga/Rocket, tantric, and Anusara. Deepening her connection with TCM, Hang traveled to southern China to study the Lohan (Shaolin) Qi Gong and Kung Fu system at the root school of Choy Lee Fut. Since then, she has integrated acupressure, meridian-based Thai massage, Reiki, and various Qi Gong modalities into her evolving personal practice.
Hang’s mission is to empower both students and teachers to move with awareness, live with integrity, and practice with deep care. The best part, she gets to do all of this alongside Sarah and their two young children in Vietnam, Canada and Australia.
