🌍 Our Around the World Dining Series kicks off June 19 with a bold, one-night-only culinary collaboration.
For the first edition, we’re bringing the flavours of Toronto’s own Ninja Chef Nick Liu and his acclaimed restaurant concepts to Kingston’s waterfront — in partnership with experiential event agency Gold & Fife.
👨🍳 Chef Nick Liu — the creative mind behind DaiLo, Café Renée, and LoPan — joins AquaTerra chefs Brent McAllister and Rahul Bhatt for a menu that blends vibrant, rule-breaking dishes with a deep love of local ingredients and global influences.
🍸 Start your evening at The Patio with cocktails by LoPan, DaiLo’s signature snacks (yes, the Hakka wontons are on deck), then head upstairs for a multi-course dinner inspired by the French-Italian flair of Café Renée. From Toronto to Kingston, this is a table-spanning collab for food lovers who want a night that hits different.
🍷 To match the menu’s bold flavours, we’re pouring regional favourites from Grange of Prince Edward — including their bright Estate Rosé, vibrant Riesling Frizzante, and expressive County Gamay. 🍻 Spearhead Brewery rounds out the list with crisp, local brews designed to meet every sip-worthy moment.
