This is a drug tested event open to athletes in Ontario and Quebec. This event is a qualifying event under The Canadian Natural Strongman Federation for the Canadian Hercules Championship. Top 5 Male Athletes will qualify for the Canadian Hercules Championship - Women TBD.
Please note that this event is drug tested, refusal to submit a sample will result in disqualification.

FARMER'S CARRY
Competitor will pick up and carry the farmer's implement and walk as far as they can in 60 seconds. No drops allowed. Competitors will have to turn around at each end of the run and walk back the opposite way. Time allotted in 60 sec.
Open Men’s: 300lbs/hand
LW Men’s: 250lbs/hand
Open Women’s: 145lbs/hand
AXLE DEADLIFT
Competitor will deadlift for reps, locking out the knees and back. Competitors must pause at top of the lift (lockout) to hear the Down command. No Suit max time 60 sec
Open Men’s: 475lbs
LW Men’s: 405lbs
Open Women’s: 295lbs
PRESS MEDLEY
Competitor will pick up clean and press the Axle and Log for reps. LOCKING OUT THE ELBOWS AND KNEES. Wait for the lift and down command from the ref. Competitor can choose which implement to start with it, but after completing one rep must move on to the other implement. Belt cleans and split jerks are allowed. Time allotted in 60 sec.

YOKE & Sandbag MEDLEY
Competitor will pick up the Yoke and walk 50 feet, then run back to the start line, pick up the Sandbag and load it over the Yoke. Time allotted in 80 sec.

Open Women's: 375 - 150
TRUCK PULL - Male
Competitor will pull a Flatbed Truck with a Harness 100 feet in 60secs. For distance to be recorded, truck cannot roll back.
