What is Nervous System Reset?

It is a Full Mind, Body, Spirit/Energy experience that allows us to heal in the deepest of ways all while settling into our inherent peacefulness. It is the key to bringing us back into our bodies and truly listening. It is taking gentle ''action'' to heal ourselves of the weight we are carrying. It helps to heal our generational trauma just by releasing the tension in the body. It settles our Nervous System back down into our rest, relax and digest. It is a space to just be still.

To me, everything is energy so while we are moving through a few asanas' (poses), I will be using both guided meditation to sink you deeper into yourself, your body and mind as well as Holy Fire Reiki to help release anything holding you from deep relaxation. We do a restorative Yin yoga that is all about connecting back to the body so we are able to see all that it has been trying to tell us, adding in the energy and sound healing makes the entire experience feel deeply restful and gracefully healing.

We always end off with a sound healing to fully integrate and help us release anything remaining and to help settle that sense of Peace deep into your Psychy.

We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 7PM and you can hop into any class to get exactly what you need. Perfect for those who have a strong aversion to doing yoga even!! LOL

Class size is limited so pre-registration is required.

Energy exchange is 30$ Hst included and payable upon booking. We also offer a pay what you can option so if money is what is holding you back from taking care of you then please reach out!
