Join Shifting Light Studio for a weekend of yoga, nature, connecting and community.

This one is for the gals! As women we have been holding onto generations of pain, disillusion and suffering. We have learned over these past years to participate in self sacrifice, people pleasing and allowing ourselves to be victimized over and over again just to be loved by others.

We deserve better then we've been giving ourselves and the best way to remember our worth, our bravery and our resilience is to gather together with those who understand.

This is a version of the Soul Immersion that's been run upwards of 12 times at La Solitude. We will take a look at the Chakra system to better understand why we allow what we allow, behave the way we do and have the experiences we have so we gain a deeper understanding of our ancestry, ourselves and can start to create the life of our dreams instead of being a victim to circumstance.
Bring a sister or 2 along with and let's heal the deepest wounds within so we're able to fully embrace who we truly are going forward.
