What's better than running?!? Running with friends!!

Running is about so much more than weight loss or fitness. It's about connections. Connecting with yourself, nature, friends, and God!

Forget about pace, forget about time, show up, put one foot in front of the other, and just run!

Join us on the third Saturday of every month. Times will vary as weather and seasons change.

Our first meeting will be June 21st at 7 AM at Lions Park.

This group is open to everyone of any fitness level and running experience.

Remember, if you're not having run, you're not doing it right!
