Balance Exercise Classes

Join us for an exercise class designed to promote
health and wellness, reduce the risk of falls, and
improve balance and strength. Each session includes
both static and dynamic balance exercises, functional
strengthening, and a focus on fall-prevention strategies.
The classes are also designed to help participants
maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls.
Classes are led by a specialized physical therapist from
the NeuroRehab and Balance Center who is experienced
in treating balance disorders. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Time: 3:30-4:15 p.m.

required to participate.
Cost: $15 per person per class
