Looking for a high-energy, confidence-building activity for your child or teen this summer? Join us for a completely FREE Jiu-Jitsu Summer Camp sponsored by Mecca MMA.
✅ Open to all kids and teens
✅ No prior experience necessary
✅ Learn basic grappling, movement, discipline, and self-defense
✅ Build confidence, respect, and resilience on and off the mat
WHEN:
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Choose your time:
• 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

IMPORTANT:
• A waiver must be signed at drop-off
• Students should bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing (no Gi required)
• Parents may drop off or stay and watch
