And without needing to try, you ease into your own fancy nap, safely held in the sensory embrace of your most cherished place. While layers of healing sound gently wash over you, grounding you deeper into your chosen sanctuary. Bring your comfiest self along with all the pillows, blankets, and props needed to embrace your Fancy Nap.~
What is a Sound Bath? It is a healing modality where we use Sound healing as a form of energy medicine, a vibrational therapy, in which sound is used to create balance and alignment in our physical body, chakras and energy fields. The harmonic vibrations produced by ancient instruments deeply penetrate the receiver, inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. This is not just an auditory experience - it’s like receiving a full body sound massage! Most people fall into a state of deep relaxation and emerge from the experience feeling lighter, more in balance, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Each month we will offer a different meditative practice for you to experience. This will give you the opportunity to explore different types of meditations that have the potential to expand and enlighten your consciousness.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, water, blankets and pillows for added comfort.
