Join us for Yoga with the Elements, a 5-week series designed to explore the five natural elements and how they show up within us—through breath, body, energy, and awareness.
Each 60-minute class will focus on one element and begin with a short discussion to introduce its qualities, the chakra it relates to, and its physical connection in the body. From there, we’ll move through a breath practice to help you connect to the element, followed by mindful movement and gentle meditation. We’ll end each session with a chance to reflect and share.
This series is open to anyone—whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to deepen your relationship to the practice. It’s a space to slow down, tune in, and move with more presence. Over five weeks, we’ll ground into the earth, soften into water, spark our inner fire, move with the air, and open into the spaciousness of ether.
Join us for all five weeks or drop in for the elements you feel most drawn to. Space is limited to just 20 participants, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot.
Cost $75 for all 5 weeks, or $20 per individual class.
