Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop

In this workshop we will explore many different inversions and balancing postures that will take your practice to the next level. We cover proper anatomical alignment, prep poses to help you gain strength and muscle memory, and how you can incorporate them into your practice.

These include but are not limited to:
-Headstand
-Crow, Side crow
-8 Limb
-Flying chatarunga
-Chin stand
-Firefly
-Forearm stand

Come with an open mind and no expectations, you may surprise yourself!
