Pelvic Floor 101

Deepen your mind body connection and the understanding of your own pelvic floor by joining us for an educational and inspiring event by Tri Cities Pelvic Health Clinic! This event is designed to help you understand the vital role your pelvic floor plays as you exercise, how to deepen your connection to it, and it's role in your overall health and well-being. Whether you do yoga or not, you are welcome to join us for this workshop! This particular event is for women only (men's event to come!)

Tri Cities Pelvic Health will be available to chat, connect, and answer questions after the event. Enjoy delicious charcuterie bites provided by Wild Olives as you learn! (Included in your ticket.)
