Express your PRIDE with Tommy

Join us for this very special “Express Your Pride” yoga class! In the yoga sutras, Patanjali refers to Ahimsa, translated from Sanskrit to “non-violence,” which encapsulates our capacity to move through the world with love, compassion, non-judgment, peace, and non-harm. “Express Your Pride” is all about embodying expression and love, while honoring a community that represents inclusion and equality.
This is a beautiful Vinyasa style yoga class that will invite you to find a moving meditation, centering on love and expression. Vinyasa is a one-breath, one-movement asana practice that creates space to build a deeper awareness of self. Experience an energizing flow that creates alignment in breath and body as you connect to your sense of self, and to those around you. Everyone is welcome here.

Donation Based event ~ Suggested Donation $5 or give what you can, if you can. No one is turned away due to lack of payment. Your donation goes to supporting the teachers and studio so that we may continue to give yoga as freely as possible.
