In this class you will learn the basics of maintaining your new sourdough starter, seeing and touching a loaf in all stages, and watching me score and bake a loaf while I talk about different techniques for you to use at home! I will be providing sourdough goodies, sweet and savory, to all sample in class! You will end the class with a take home workbook with a few simple recipes, your new starter in a jar, and a small artisan loaf to enjoy at home.
