Repair Cafe Saturday

It's the 3rd Saturday of the month so it's Repair Cafe Saturday and we'll be happy to help your repair rather than replace your items.
This month we'll be taking part in the national BIG FIX. We'll be counting smiles as well as repairs to send in to Recycle Devon who co-ordinate it. It's all part of helping raise awareness of the importance of Repair Cafés to their communities and in helping protect the planet.
Remember if you can carry it in or pedal it, we'll have a look at it.
Our brilliant volunteers with skills in DIY repairs, electrical and electronics, toys, bicycles, simple sewing and jewellery, will be available to help you to fix your clean, portable items. We can't promise to mend everything but at least together we can have a good go to keep stuff out of landfill.
We can also offer small garden tool sharpening.
Sorry we can't repair electric blankets, microwaves, e-scooters or e-bikes under the terms of our insurance
Come along and enjoy a cuppa and a cake whilst you wait!
We don't charge so a small donation is greatly appreciated. Last repair is taken in at 4.30pm
