July RAD Women of Utah Basic Self Defense

Grab your family and friends and join us for one of the best Ladies Nights Out!

This class session will be taught by RAD Women of Utah in conjunction with Kaysville Police Department. Come join us for our July Basic Self-Defense class. You will learn how to avoid and recognize risk and how you can defend yourself.

This class is empowering and fun. You will learn 27 different techniques and have fun while doing it.

This class is a total of 12 hours; Dates and Times are as follows: (ALL dates must be attended in order to graduate)

BASIC CLASS with Simulation:

Friday, July 11, 6:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday, July 12, 11:00am-2:00pm

Friday, July 25, 6:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday, July 26, 11:00am-2:00pm (simulation)

Each participant must be wearing tennis/basketball/aerobic shoes, or a lace up multipurpose athletic footwear; along with comfortable proper fitting athletic or suitable comfortable clothing; please bring a water bottle and a pen.

These classes are meant for all levels of fitness /knowledge of defense; each technique is designed for easy learning and used as a quick strike to escape and you will be in control of your participation. Rape is openly discussed in this class and therefore is recommended for ages 12 and up (anyone under the age of 18 will need a parental release form signed, under 16 will need to be accompanied by female adult/guardian). Each RAD Instructor is Certified by RAD Headquarters.
