The Growth Rooms are a place for men to come together, talk and discuss life’s challenges and triumphs in a safe and confidential space. It a place where you can support other guys to build emotional fitness, resilience and learn strategies to navigate life’s challenges, whilst developing your own.
Growth Rooms empower fathers, sons, brothers, colleagues, and friends to have the capacity to cope with life's ups and downs, live healthier, happier lives and genuinely connect, embrace and support those around them.
Growth Rooms are:
• Free
• Facilitated by passionate everyday blokes, like you
• Available to all men
• A safe space to reflect on one’s own challenges and triumphs
• A healthy way to share experiences
• A place to build skills and awareness
• Become a better man
Growth Rooms are not:
• A place to “fix people”.
• A substitute for psychological and psychiatric treatment
• A place where people can receive professional medical advice
