What if?? Mixed Media Painting with Dye

Our Pilbara Region is an ancient and majestic land, full of rich culture and amazing colour. The very essence of the Pilbara is the perfect example of why so many people are captivated by the place I am blessed to call home.

No previous painting experience is required for this workshop, just a willingness to experiment with a new medium and check out the many ways you can use these dyes to create a stand-alone artwork or mixed media masterpiece. You may well be surprised where this activity can take you!

Other mediums like rock salt, wet/dry fabric, pencils/blocks, acrylic paints, oil pastels, rubbing templates, wood blocks, threads etc., can all be used to enhance your final art piece. There are no hard and fast rules. The opportunity to experiment with those extras is all part of the workshop session.

Please bring your own lunch.
