Sunset Breathwork - Select Tuesdays throughout the Summer
🌅Transformation is on the Horizon ~ Let's Breathe IN Community KC

Join us on select Tuesday evenings this summer for Sunset Breathwork, a powerful outdoor experience led by professional breathwork facilitator Melissa Saubers. Together, we’ll gather in community under the open sky to reconnect, release, and realign to our inner guidance system.

🌞 Season runs June 3rd – September 23rd | Tuesdays at 7PM
📍Lawn of The Nelson-Atkins Museum (SE corner, under the silver sculpture/tree near 47th & Rockhill Rd)

✨ What to Expect:
~ A heart-opening, spirit-expanding breathwork journey
~ A deeper connection to your internal guidance system
~ Connection to a conscious and growing community in Kansas City

😎 What to Bring for Comfort:
~ Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
~ Additional blanket to cover up (you may get warm or cool)
~ Comfy, layered clothing
~ Water bottle
~ Journal & pen (to set intentions or for reflections post-journey)
~ Optional: eye mask for deeper immersion

This is a love-donation-based. Melissa is grateful to share her gifts with the community each week and would like to keep this event accessible. Suggested donation: $15–$30
