Join us at the Irish Center as we screen Small Things Like These.

Oscar-winner Cillian Murphy leads the cast in Small Things Like These. The story takes place over Christmas in 1985, when devoted father and coal merchant Bill Furlong (Cillian Murphy) discovers startling secrets at the local convent. The film, based on Claire Keegan’s best-selling novel, reveals truths about Ireland’s Magdalene laundries. And those truths leave Bill with challenging choices.

Small Things Like These is rated PG-13 and was released in 2024.
