Doors will open at 10:30am.
Please arrive by 10:45am to ensure a prompt start at 11am.
We will be singing simple tunes and melodies which allow for creative play, free expression, and connection.
Vocal participation is not required... You are welcome to sit and simply bask in the music around you.

I find that when I let my voice go and flow, especially with others, my energy comes alive.
When we sing in a group, the act of opening up our voices together creates a powerful gateway to remembering and awakening the feelings of wellbeing, safety, and joy that are always present, deep in our bodies.
Our time together will help us soften our hearts, strengthen our bodies, and remind us that, above all, we are here to rejoice in this human experience! 🕊️
