Party for the Planet Presented by IKEA Merriam

Join us at Party for the Planet presented by IKEA Merriam on Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27, from 10 am to 3 pm as we celebrate Mother Earth! Get the party started at the Zoo with our Earth Day activity tables. Make your own native seed bomb, decorate a peat pot, and take the trash test.

On Saturday, April 26, guests can stop by the Little Blue River Watershed and Heartland Conservation Alliance booths to learn about joining the City Nature Challenge as well as preserving the Blue River, which runs through the middle of the Zoo. Activities will be at Aquarium Ave, which is located alongside Sobela Ocean Aquarium.

Activities are included in the price of Zoo admission or membership. The first 500 guests each day will receive a free reusable bag thanks to IKEA Merriam!
