In this unique hands-on workshop, you’ll be provided with an already felted base, and you leave with your own **weighted wool eye mask** using high-frequency wool and a body-harmonizing organic cotton insert—no sewing required. You’ll also infuse your creation with a personal affirmation, transforming it into a functional ritual tool designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and energetic integration.
