Join us for a fresh, supportive space focused
on self-empowerment and science-based tools for overcoming addictive behaviors. SMART Recovery is the largest non-12 step based recovery program. Our SMART Recovery meetings offer practical strategies and a non-judgmental environment to help you build the life you want. Open to anyone seeking positive change and isn’t limited to substance or alcohol use - SMART tools are effective for any type of addiction or
problem behavior.

Meet your facilitators-
Tom: I’m in long term recovery and embraced SMART Recovery after being exposed to cognitive behavioral therapy. I’ve been a SMART facilitator since July 2023 and use SMART tools in all areas of my life. I have a passion for sharing what I’ve learned with others and
look forward to our new meeting at ADMC. When I’m not doing something recovery related I’m enjoying retirement, spending time with my family
and pets and walking in the woods.

Kyla: I’m in long term recovery and found SMART Recovery while working in the behavioral health world. I’ve been running meetings since 2024 and love sharing the tools that SMART has to offer. When I’m not working or doing something recovery-related, I’m hanging out with my 12-year-old son, playing sports, or getting involved in the community. I try to live life with a lot of energy and enthusiasm — and think
“winging it” is an underrated survival skill.
