A reflective workshop for those who feel disconnected from their inner spark ✨
Do you feel like you’ve lost a part of yourself over the years? Maybe you used to sing, dance, paint, or write, but this creative flow has faded away. The modern world rarely leaves space for our creative energy to move freely. It takes intention to protect and cultivate this inner world with the demands and pressures of external life.
Through the lens of archetypes, guided reflection, and gentle embodiment practices, we’ll explore the inner forces that shaped your creativity. Drawing from Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ book, "Women Who Run with the Wolves," we’ll meet the inner “Wild Woman,” along with other core archetypes that can help us remember how to create from instinct, intuition, and soul.
This is not about making something. It’s not about performance or pressure to do anything. This is a quiet return. A guided inner journey to nurture your own source of creativity, to rediscover the trickling stream that still runs beneath the surface. It is about *becoming* again.
