Looking for a unique way to connect with your child, break a sweat, and share some laughs? Join us for a FREE Dad & Me martial arts class - an experience designed to strengthen both your bond and your roundhouse kick.

Whether you're a black belt or just mastering the art of tying your gym shoes, this class is all about spending quality time together while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
