Tapping Tuesdays with Angie Grandt

Tapping Tuesday is brought to you by Angie Grandt where she utilizes tapping, also known as EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique.

It has been around for decades and originally used to treat phobias. EFT has now been heavily researched and is an effective way to treat anxiety, depression, and has a growing evidence base with sports performance, weightlosss, and other areas of life.

This event will be taking place in the Salt Cave at Beyond Salt Spa.
