About the speaker
Sarah Hotchkiss of Catalyst Wellness Coaching is a licensed therapist and nutritionist specializing in finding root causes to reverse symptoms of IBS, autoimmune disorders and menopause as well as a sustained eating plan for high energy and weight loss. She practices locally in downtown Janesville and also can work with clients out of state.

Sarah has designed an automated meal planner app for busy moms that releases people from the need to track calories and macronutrients and writes and speaks on a regular basis about a variety of health topics.
