Relax in the beautiful Botanical Gardens and enjoy a Sound Bath and Meditation Experience to help you rest, reconnect with nature, and find peace.

A Sound Bath uses the art and science of the vibrations of instruments to balance the nervous system, relax the mind, and refresh the soul. Sound in Bloom will use a variety of instruments, creating an experience to connect with the natural atmosphere of the Gardens and help you bloom.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

About the presenter
Gabrielle is a 500-hour yoga teacher, sound healer, and meditation guide of Just Bee Wellness & Yoga. She strives to create a welcoming, accessible, trauma-informed experience for all who need a place to Just Bee.
