Come join us for a special evening at Powers Park for our monthly Murray Hill Business Showcase! This time, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on River City Disc Golf Association and their incredible work bringing disc golf to our very own Powers Park in Murray Hill.
Daniel Alexander has played a key role in making the disc golf course at Powers Park a reality. He’s a passionate amateur disc golfer and a member of the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) since 2018. Beyond playing, Daniel is deeply involved in the local disc golf community as a tournament director for several PDGA-sanctioned events in Jacksonville and as a league director for River City Disc Golf. He’s known for his dedication to growing the sport and his warm hospitality. What makes his involvement even more special is that he works closely with his dad, and together they’ve brought this project to life. Daniel also loves playing disc golf with his daughter, who might just be a world champion in the making!
