Ecstatic Awakening Dance – Silent Disco Experience
This practice creates a safe and sacred space where participants are supported in
connecting with various aspects of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual
selves. Through Movement, Breath, Rhythm and Meditation, participants are invited to
release tensions, emotional burdens, toxins, stress, energetic resistances, and limiting
beliefs.
In this session:
We will use headphones to deepen our immersion in the experience. With the shared
intention of celebrating both our Unity and our Diversity, we will journey through diverse
rhythms. When moving consciously in a group setting to polyrhythmic music — where
modern dance beats intertwine with the ancient sounds of flutes, harps, guitars,
didgeridoos, and drums — a profound alchemy unfolds. Music becomes medicine,
movement becomes the prayer, and transformation arises.
As we breath and move, we align with the forces of nature, inviting grounding,
cleansing, and vibrant flow of life-force energy into our bodies. This alchemical process
recharges our vitality and restores the delicate balance between body, mind, and soul.
By moving together in the same energetic field, the rhythm naturally synchronizes our
brain activity, creating harmony and coherence. In that space, our differences fade, and
we experience ourselves as one with the Universal Field.
Phases of the Practice:
Opening the Sacred Space – Establishing an intentional container for inner
exploration and transformation.
Energetic Alignment – Connecting with the energies of Mother Earth and the
Universe through movement, breath, and intention.
Body Warm-Up – Engaging in breath-slow movements to gently open the body.
Dynamic Shaking – Releasing stagnant or blocked energy through rhythmic,
instinctive shaking. (No recommended for pregnant women)
Free Flow Dance: Allowing the body to move freely under guided intention,
facilitating deeper emotional and energetic release.
Relaxation and Stillness – Resting in stillness to allow the body and
consciousness to absorb and integrate the experience.
Guided Meditation – Entering a meditative state to deepen awareness and
spiritual connection.
Closing and Integration – Concluding the practice with gentle stretches and
grounding exercises to integrate the journey.
No experience is required, only your willingness to explore, release, and allow the music
and the energy to flow, and most importantly your desire to have fun!
