Connection: A Yoga Assisting Program with Leah Hansen

This workshop is open to students and teachers of all levels.

You will gain confidence and tools in delivering assists that are direct, clear and powerful. Those who do not teach yet will gain a new perspective of your personal practice and a deeper understanding of flow and the practice.

Through the Yoga Assisting Program you will learn how to connect more deeply with your own body and how to connect with others to help move them deeper into the pose. This is all about getting grounded and communicating with your students in a powerful way.

Meeting:
Saturday 8:00am -8:00pm
Sunday 7:30am - 5:30pm

With lunch and dinner breaks

From this workshop you will be eligible for 30 Yoga Alliance continued education units.
