1000 Riverside Ave Redevelopment Community Meeting

You are invited! Join Riverside Avondale Preservation and me for a public meeting to discuss the proposed rezoning legislation to approve a mixed-use project at 1000 Riverside Ave. The applicant, Corner Lot, will share their proposal which includes a hotel, commercial space, and parking additions. We will see renderings of each element of the proposal and have a chance to ask questions of the applicant. The project covers 1.89-acres , a total of three parcels, at Riverside Avenue and Post and May streets, which is a significant portion of the historic 5 Points neighborhood.
