Fairies and Flowers: The Magic of Pollination

Free kids workshop this weekend! Saturday 10-11:30 a.m.
Kids (age 7-10) will create a container fairy garden with pollinator plants to take home. There will also be a limited number of painted lady butterfly larvae available to adopt so you can watch the magic of metamorphosis unfurl. Instructions included.

While your kids enjoy learning in the butterfly garden, you can take a guided tour of the UNF Botanic Garden, stay with your child, or drop them off for the class. Check in will be at the Thomas G. Carpenter Library and then we will walk over to the butterfly garden.

From 295, take Exit 52, head east and take the first right into parking lots 1 & 2. Parking is free on the weekend.
