Slow Flow Yoga with Rachel Tice

Class Description:
This Hatha Vinyasa class is perfect for yogis of all levels! You'll honor your personal range of motion while tuning in to your body’s cues, deepening your self-awareness.
As you flow through transitions, you’ll focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing, promoting muscle repair and releasing your body’s holding patterns. Modifications are offered throughout the class, with props like blocks, straps, bolsters, or chairs available as needed.

Class Schedule:
Tuesdays: 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM

$10 cash or $15 card
