Read & Release Yoga Book Club
Imagine this: a cozy outdoor yoga class to help you unwind, followed by quiet time to read whatever book your soul needs most. Welcome to Read & Release — a pay-what-you-can book club with a twist.
Starting June 5th, every Thursday at 5:30 PM at Butts County Rec, we’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga and transition into personal reading time and optional group sharing. Bring your book, your mat, and your breath. That’s it.
