Join us for a fun and heart-centered morning of movement, breath, and play designed especially for children and their grown-ups!

In this 30-minute class, we’ll explore:

✨ Simple yoga poses
🧠 Mindfulness games
🎵 Breathwork with music
💬 Positive affirmations
🌿 Connection with nature

Mindful Minis encourages emotional expression, body awareness, and joyful connection in a welcoming outdoor environment. Whether your little one is new to yoga or already loves to move, this class is for everyone.

Please bring: a yoga mat or towel, water, and your playful spirit!
Grown-ups are encouraged to join in the fun. 💖
