How to juggle it all

Our next talk for new mum support. This time on the agenda:
- Why moms are more and more overwhelmed
- Some quick tips to release overwhelm
- Why mothers are trying to juggle it all; what to do instead

This talk will be given by BCT member Eszter B. Szabo, a LCS coach, who mainly works on mindset and emotional management. Eszter has worked with over 100 mums from all over the world, helping them create their own unique ways in motherhood.
