Sugar Babies Screening with special guest director and writer, IC alum Rachel Fleit '02

Rachel Fleit is an award-winning director and writer celebrated for her intimate vérité-driven storytelling. Her most recent film Sugar Babies premiered in the U.S. Documentary Competition at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival. Fleit also directed the hit Max Original Bama Rush the #1 documentary launch in the platform’s history and the acclaimed Introducing Selma Blair which won Special Jury Recognition at SXSW and earned Critics Choice nominations. Her earlier works include Ava & Bianca and Gefilte both recognized widely on the festival circuit. A proud advocate for people living with Alopecia Fleit’s story has been featured in outlets such as The New York Times Vogue and The Wall Street Journal.
