Join us for a walk through our conifer collection and Winter Garden to learn the basics of conifer identification and their natural history. The tour will highlight plants native and non-native to the Ithaca area (including yew, metasequoia, fir, and larch), their unique features, and tips for their care in the home landscape. We’ll also look at some dwarf varieties in the Winter Garden. The walk will last approximately 90 minutes. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Pre-registration is required.
Fee: $12 general admission; Free for Cornell Botanic Garden Access Pass holders.
