Free Childbirth Classes with TCWH Moms PLUS+

New, 3-session class scheduled for July 2025!
Wednesdays: Sept 17th, Sept 24th and Oct 1 (6pm-8:30pm)

Classes will be held in-person at the Howell Conference Room in Cayuga Medical Center (101 Dates Drive).

As a participant you will be offered convenient childbirth education classes for you and your birthing partner. Community Health Nurses teach the classes which cover the following topics:

*Labor and delivery
*Relaxation techniques
*Medication Options
*Creating your birth plan
*Newborn care
*Breastfeeding

Classes are free and are taught by CAPPA certified community health nurses. Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA) is an international certification organization for Doulas, Childbirth Educators, and Lactation Educators.
