Surf and Soul: Yoga and Live Music

Enjoy a laid back, beach-inspired yoga experience with Amy and Thomas that channels the fluidity of the ocean and the rhythm of surf culture - paired with live music to elevate the flow. Think salty air, mellow tunes, an a sense of community.

The beats and positive vibes of music bring harmony and joy with tunes you may know and can even sing along to! Amy will guide you through rejuvenating poses as Thomas provdies the music, a combination that allows you to be really present in the flow and to just let go!

Let the infectious vibe lift your spirit and synchronize your breath. This is a unique and soulful experience, and best of all, it will be fun!! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come join us as we unite body and mind in a celebration of music, movement and mindfulness. All levels are welcome to participate,
