Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing Workshop with Heather Deak

Join Heather for a deeply healing restorative yoga class designed to open, activate, and balance the 7 chakras. This soothing session will guide you through gentle, mindful poses that target each chakra, helping to release blockages and restore harmony within your body and mind. As we flow through the postures, you'll experience the calming power of breathwork and intention, cultivating deep relaxation and inner peace.
To start, experience a Reiki meditation to channel healing energy into your system, allowing you to connect more deeply with your own energy field. This meditation will help to clear any stagnant energy and promote a sense of balance and vitality.

To deepen your experience, each participant will receive a bit of individual Reiki healing, allowing for personalized energy work that supports your unique needs and enhances your well-being. This is a personalized healing journey, only open to 15 students, so each can get time to receive Reiki healing. This class offers a nurturing environment for self-care, renewal, and healing.

Come to restore, renew, and awaken your energy from the root to the crown, leaving the class feeling centered, grounded, and uplifted.

No experience is necessary, just come with an open heart to heal and relax.
