Back To BASICS Boot Camp Outdoors

Embark on an exciting rollerskate journey with our Back To BASICS Boot Camp! Discover the thrill of mastering fundamental skills under expert guidance in a fun and supportive learning environment. Elevate your rollerskating game with our boot camp today! Personal Protective Equipment is highly recommended (helmet, elbow/knee pads and wrist guards). Boot Camp is held outdoors on the tennis courts at Seven Oaks Park, located between the Rec Center and Leaphart Elementary School.

Back To BASICS Boot Camp Outdoors is a 6 hour series of lessons, broken into 2 hour increments. Camp is held on the 2nd Saturday of the month (7/12, 8/9 and 9/13).

This session will cover:
how to fall and get up safely
proper posture
Forward Penguin Walk/Marching Steps
Forward Penguin Walk/Marching Steps to Roll
Forward Penguin Walk/Marching Steps to Squat Roll
Forward Toe Stop
Forward Scissors/Bubbles
One Foot Balance Rolling
Forward Scissors/Bubbles to One Foot Roll
