We’ve got something special coming your way! 🎉 On Saturday, July 12th, we’re hosting a Community Workout at Big Grove Brewery — and you won’t want to miss it.
💥 The Workout: "13 For 13" 💥
This isn’t just another WOD. "13 For 13 Day" is a global movement where gyms and athletes come together to honor the sacrifice of the 13 brave service members who gave everything for our freedom.
We’re partnering with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen and disabled U.S. service members. This is our chance to sweat with purpose, build community, and support an incredible mission.
How You Can Help:
You are encouraged to donate $13 if you’re able. You can donate at the workout or online through our gym’s pledge page. 💻 Our goal is to raise $1,300 as a community! Every dollar counts and goes directly to Folds of Honor’s life-changing mission.
