Tillis Hill Recreation Area in Brooksville ~6 miles

ATTENTION 'Summer Weather' Hikers who still head out when it's hot, AND can carry plenty of water! Activity Leader Rhonda will hike to the CAVES on undulating trails which are generally under canopy, and then back to Tillis Hill parking area, ~6 miles.

Bring a Positive Attitude, at LEAST 2 liters of water, and a wonderment at why every hardy Floridian doesn't hike year round!

*Hikers must be in EXCELLENT condition, both physically & mentally, since this will NOT be a stroll. You know what to wear and what equipment you'll need. Tillis Hill is part of the Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest (Citrus County).

After the hike, Rhonda will head to Lake Lindsey Mall @ 14351 Snow Memorial Highway in Brooksville for FOOD and to enjoy a local way point established way back in 1965. BE COOL!
